Courtney Tivitt

Courtney moved to Hardinsburg, Kentucky, in 2019 with a clear goal to improve her life and provide a brighter future for her family.

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting at Campbellsville University. She plans to graduate in Fall 2025. Courtney obtained her Property and Casualty license in 2025 and joined the agency shortly thereafter. Eager to grow professionally, she is ready to embrace the challenges of the insurance industry and contribute to the success of the team.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her husband Dakota and their two young children. She is also proud to be the daughter of Rhonda Hill, a long-time member of Independent Agents of KY’s customer service team.
